We at the Canadian Traffic Education Centre - Motorcycle Rider Training Division - are part of an organization that prides itself in providing our students with the best possible rider safety training available. Our philosophy is simple: the student's success comes first. CTEC Motorcycle programs are tailor made to meet the needs of each of our students, your riding skills and individual success are our main concerns.

Our Instructors have a longstanding history of successfully training tens of thousands of people the art of motorcycle riding in the province of Alberta. Please visit our Class Description page for more information on what CTEC can offer you. Then, when you're ready to join in, visit our Registration section to book your time with us. We look forward to meeting you.

Graduates of any of CTEC's motorcycle program know that an experience with CTEC doesn't stop when the course is over. Our CTEC Facebook Group is available to all of our students, serving as a hub for activity and people looking for all types of information regarding motorcycle riding and ownership in Alberta. Additionally, our Students page has information on where you can access our sponsors, Alberta's testing procedures, and a place to provide feedback to help make our courses even better.

Bridget Ryan of Breakfast TV Edmonton Visits CTEC to Learn about Riding

Bridget Ryan of Breakfast Television Edmonton

Bridget Ryan from Breakfast Television Edmonton visited CTEC new rider training to talk to Senior Instructor Stuart Hunter about rider safety. Bridget started by learning about proper riding gear and who can learn how to ride a motorcycle safely. Stuart explained some of the advantages of proper riding gear and explained that anyone who wants to learn is the perfect candidate for new rider training. Bridget was also surprised to learn that people who may have ridden motorcycles in the past, but haven't in a number of years, are also encouraged to take a rider training course before getting back in the saddle. After a explanation of the motorcycle controls, it was time to get moving...
